- Perform massage therapy for up to 90 minutes
- Engage in customer service activities and maintain a positive attitude at all times with patients
- Arrive well before appointments in order to prepare for massage therapy sessions
- Schedule patients for massage therapy sessions
- Call patients to follow-up on missed massage therapy sessions
- Full adherence to hand washing and personal hygiene requirements
- Consistent maintenance and cleaning of equipment/ massage rooms
- Valid Massage Therapy License in the state
- Customer Service experience with one on one interactions
